ELKINS — Explore the New Manufacturing has announced that Karissa Hebb has been recognized with an Emerging Elite Award for her work in the classroom. Hebb, an Elkins High School student, has excelled as a student leader in her Randolph Technical Center courses.
Huntington, WV – Explore the New Manufacturing announced today that Justin Boggs has received an Outstanding Educator Award for his work in education. Boggs, an Executive Director of Middle School for Cabell County, works to provide educational opportunities for students as they explore potential career pathways.
Launched in 2020, the Emerging Elite & Industry Educator Awards celebrates the skills and dedication of students and educators across West Virginia. “As the Explore Team has worked with students and educators to increase the understanding of manufacturing across the state, we have been amazed by student talent and poise. GRAFTON, W.Va. – Explore the New Manufacturing announced Tuesday, May 26 that a Taylor County counselor has received the Outstanding Educator Award for his work with middle school students.
Jerry Dooley has worked at Taylor County Middle School for the last two years, and has been a counselor for a total of four years.
Martinsburg, WV, May 27, 2020 – Explore the New Manufacturing announced today that Amy Lopez has been recognized with an Outstanding Educator Award for her work in the classroom. Lopez, a teacher at North Middle School, works as a Technology Integrated Specialist.

HUNTINGTON – Explore the New Manufacturing announced recently that Spring Valley High School graduate Mitchell Davis has been recognized with an Emerging Elite in Manufacturing Award in the internship category.
Davis is a freshman at Marshall University and pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. He is completing an internship with Rubberlite, Inc.
“Mr. Davis is a motivated and professional young man. Throughout my time with Mitchell he has shown himself to be nothing but creative and hardworking. He is approachable and accountable. It has been a privilege to be Mr. Davis’ teacher and I look forward to seeing all the amazing things that he does in the future,” James Coble, TEM Coordinator, said.
